Dutch law applies to all commercial activities of Summer Gray. By placing an order with
Summer Gray, you automatically agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
The stated consumer prices are in euros (including VAT), excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs (within the Netherlands) are € 7.25 for orders under €75. For orders over €75, you do not pay shipping costs. Global shipping costs outside of Europe are € 35.00. Summer Gray reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Delivery and delivery times
Summer Gray supplies wallpapers. A maximum delivery time of 2 weeks applies but it can be longer depending on suppliers.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive the track & trace code by email. Shipping carriers vary.
After payment of your order, Summer Gray will start working on your order. Several payment methods are offered.
Summer Gray respects the privacy of its customers and will therefore never disclose personal data to third parties. Unless this is strictly necessary, for example if at the express request of the customer, the product in question must be sent directly from our supplier.
Summer Gray will request the supplier to delete the relevant personal data within one month after delivery.
Summer Gray uses the services of Mollie BV as a payment service provider. Data in that context can be shared with this party.
Summer Gray cannot be held liable in any way for possible damage to a wall or other surface after, during or as a result of the application or removal of a Summer Gray product. Furthermore, Summer Gray cannot be held liable in any way for possible costs incurred by a professional wallpaper company or an independent wallpaper hired by the customer for the application of this wallpaper.
As a consumer you always have the right to return your order within 30 days if the wallpaper is unopened, after you have received your package without giving reasons. We request that you enclose a note with your name and account number (IBAN) with your package, so that we can immediately refund the purchase amount to you as soon as we have received the products in good condition.
If you have a complaint about a Summer Gray product, please note that you must keep the original product so that we can inspect it if necessary. We will usually also ask you to take clear photos so that we can more thoroughly assess the nature of the complaint. Our customers are important to us and we will always try to find a suitable solution for any justified complaint.
